Body Odour Treatment: Stop Body Odour By
Injection
One can't help but frown when one smells excessive body odour
in the bus or the subway on the way to work or school. It
is a big worry for those who know they have body odor. Always
wary of creating odor with sweating and always going to the
bathroom to wipe the sweat, this condition causes one to avoid
social settings and thus leads to problems with personal interaction.
Body odor is produced when there is an infection in the apocrine
glands. There are two types of sweat glands: apocrine and
eccrine. The sweat from the eccrine gland rarely has an odor,
but the sweat from the apocrine gland has a pungent odor.
The apocrine glands are located in the armpits, nipple, navel,
and around the reproductive organs and the sweat from the
apocrine glands have a trace of fatty acids. It is when this
fatty acid is infected the smell of ammonia contributes to
body odor. Simple cleanliness of the area can significantly
reduce body odor.
Since the apocrine glands are situated in the same depth
as hair roots, they are partially destroyed with the destruction
of hair roots. Although situated next to hair roots, because
it is a separate structure destroying just the hair root itself
is no fundamental cure for body odor.
Some women remove armpit hair under the false belief that
it can destroy the apocrine glands, but if body odor is the
problem a more fundamental procedure must be performed on
the aprocrine glands themselves.
The most certain way is to individually surgically remove
each apocrine gland.
There is talk of methods that use ointments, laser, or ultrasonic
devices, but none of these methods have been proven and even
if successful, the risks of the conditions returning are too
high.
The aprocrine glands are removed by incising the skin under
the arm pit along the wrinkles about 3-5cm and leaving the
skin intact, removing the whole under layer that includes
the apocrine glands and closing the opening. Because the procedure
also takes out the hair roots, permanent hair removal is achieved
as well.
The surgery leaves a thin scar, but it is concealed due to
the naturally wrinkled nature of the armpit area. However,
the procedure does entail 10 days of discomfort due to dressing
changes, etc and may hamper return to daily life.
But the injection is being used widely in the cure of body
odor as well. The injection procedures take about 10 minutes and the
patient can immediately return to daily life.
No-Chin correction - Leaving no
scars by performing surgery inside the mouth
A well balanced face has a well-aligned nose and chin. So
no-chin corrections are often performed along with nose corrections.

One used to be considered pretty as long as you had a tall
and sharp nose, but today's standards emphasize the harmony
between the nose and the chin. Not only the frontal view,
but the profile view must also be attractive as well.
People with no chin look like something is askew and wrong.
Each individual aspect of the face may be beautiful, but the
overall look seems distorted. This occurs not only in women,
but men as well, but men tend to hide it by growing a beard.
Chinnoplasty is well known for its safeness and lack of side
effects. It leaves no scars due to the procedure being performed
through the inside of the lips. There is no swelling or pain
after the surgery and little risk of infection. It takes between
one and one and a half hours and the stitches' remains are
removed a week after the surgery. Normal daily life can be
resumed three days after surgery.
